“Carpe Diem” – This was the theme for the Assembly conducted by Grade III B.

The students staged a skit displaying how one can make the best of an opportunity.

The day was also notable as DPWS, Zirakpur held its 2^nd Elections for the formation of its Prefectorial Council.

Students from Grades IV to IX cast their precious vote to elect the House Captain, Sports and Discipline Prefect and Prefect for Cultural Activities for their respective Houses. House Mistresses of all the four Houses, Brahmaputra, Kaveri, Narmada and Yamuna had nominated eight students each for the said posts.

There was an air of excitement and concern as the students chose their Prefects.
