Let’s create ‘Beauty’ from the ‘Waste’

As part of an activity under the prestigious ISA program, the students of Grade VI put up an exhibition in the School Atrium. The theme for the same was ‘Beauty and the Waste’
The children showcased a variety of DIY products wherein they used waste materials like popsicle sticks, old cardboard, egg trays, bangles, old glass bottles and many other things. It was a colourful ensemble of a variety of beautiful and useful products made out of sheer waste at home.
The activity aimed at promoting and propagating the reuse, reduction and recycling of waste material to help the downgrading environment.
The exhibition was attended and applauded by the parents, teachers and students. The children of grade VI also gifted ‘Thank you bags’ made out of old newspapers to each visitor.
