There was a workshop on 17^th January, 2018 i.e. Wednesday, for Classes 3 to 8 on “Media Literacy” by our In-house Doctor, Dr. Ruchi Bansal.

The students were educated about the facts and fictions behind the multi-media messages, news, blogs, entertainment, advertisements, etc. The idea of becoming active, rather than passive consumers of media was brought home to the young minds. They were taught to think critically about the media messages, evaluate the truth behind them and create their own media.

This workshop was aimed at helping the students understand the meaning of Media literacy and how to become a media literate person for the better future of India.
