Every child is a gift of nature
Give them their today
Give them time to play
And make way for their future
It was the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, celebrated as Children’s Day.
A Special Assembly was conducted by the Teachers to express their love for these little torch-bearers of the world community. Ma’am Namrata led the Assembly as the Compere. A prayer to the Almighty by Ma’am Sangeeta Jaswal was followed by the Thought for the day by Ma’am Shweta Pal. After Ma’am Manu Gogia having upgraded our word bank and Ma’am Shivani’s News headlines, a fusion dance by Ma’am Sarita Duhan was a feast to the senses. Ma’am Chhavi Vats’s poem on the role played by a teacher in a child’s life was a thought-provoking composition, indeed. Not to be forgotten was a euphonic medley by a group of Teachers. But the icing on the cake was the dance by Sir Ankur Bajaj which all the students joined in and enjoyed to their heart’s content.
