DWPS strives to achieve excellence in teaching by upgrading the skills of the teachers. The workshop on creative teaching was one such effort in this direction.

The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Harminder. D Singh, a committed educational consultant and a member of the Delhi World Foundation.

Mrs. Singh began on a very interactive and informal note. She shared valuable tips on how to have a Quality Circle Time with the Kindergarteners. Thereafter, certain activities were carried out to understand and enhance the gross and fine motor skills of children. It added on to the teachers’ knowledge to make their teaching fun for the students.

Teachers did take home some very unique but useful ideas which would help them augment student learning.
