Mahatma Gandhi had said, “Where there is love, there is life.”

Love is perhaps the only feeling in the world that has been the basis of the existence of all life. It has the power to win the hardest of battles, to give life to even the non-living. It is the answer to all worries, pains and any adverse situations.

A Special Assembly was conducted on ‘Love’ in DPS World. Students of Grades I and II staged a short but enlightening skit that focused on the value that love holds in our lives. It showcased how love can overpower any other negative feelings like greed, sadness or hatred. It can illuminate our lives both mentally and physically. A poem was also recited by a student of Grade II.

It sent across a message that love is a powerful weapon to heal the sufferings of the world.
