It is said that teaching is one of the noblest professions ever on this earth. A teacher is not the one who creates geniuses but the one who creates destinies and inspires generations.

DPS World, Zirakpur, celebrated its first ever Teachers’ Day with energetic dynamism. All students created an aura of love and appreciation as they sang, recited a poem, danced and presented an orchestra for the teachers.

There were also games like ‘Musical chairs’ and ‘Antakshri’ for the teachers which saw a whole-hearted participation and a lot of enjoyment.

The Principal, Mrs. Jyoti Nagranee conveyed her best wishes to all the teachers, motivating them with her words to blaze a trail and reach for the stars

The programme concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and cake and pasteries were enjoyed by the teachers and the students.

To the delight of the staff members, they were all taken out for a movie to Elante Mall and were treated to delicious snacks during the course of the movie.
