Delhi Public World School, Zirakpur – Toddlers visit the Traffic Park

We, at DPWS, are always on the go to inculcate the basic values for safety amongst our students. Our endeavor is to create disciplined, safe and alert citizens who value the lives of everyone around them as much as their own. Education beyond books is our aim.

The toddlers of The Roseland were taken to visit the Traffic Park in Chandigarh to familiarize their little minds with traffic management and rules thereof. To set the ball rolling, they were shown how traffic lights and signals work and how important they are for us to follow. They were wonderstruck on seeing miniatures of schools, hospital, shopping malls, airports and petrol pumps. Driving a car was like a dream come true! It was an effort to teach them the rules they must follow while driving on the road.

The trip gave them an opportunity to take home thrilling but valuable learning experiences.
