Inter-House English Elocution Competition

‘Poetry is thoughts that breathe, and words that burn.’

Poetry is language in its most refined state. It helps its readers to enhance their soft skills and appreciate the beauty around them.

An Inter-House English Elocution Competition was organized for Grades III and IV. The four House teams had five participants each. A healthy competitive spirit enlightened the faces of these students as they recited their poems on varied themes, exhibiting their voice quality and expressions.

Arshiya Kailey (Yamuna House) and Arshiya Srivastava (Narmada House) walked off with the first position while Ana Singh (Kaveri House) stood second. The Third position was won by Shubham Pal (Yamuna House).

The House positions were: 1st – Kaveri House

2nd – Narmada House

3rd – Yamuna House and

4th – Brahmaputra House
