Delhi World students hold a rally

As part of their HPE and as prescribed by the CBSE, Grades IX and X carried out a rally in Panchkula. The aim was to bring about awareness amongst people about cleanliness and conservation of trees to preserve our environment.

The students, along with three teachers, started from the main road in the market, Sector 20, Panchkula, went around the entire market place, carrying placards and banners with slogans that caught the attention of everyone around. Words like “Save trees, save life”, “Green India, Clean India”, “Plant trees, live healthy” etc, pulsated in the air.

The passers-by were awestruck by the enthusiasm and confidence of the younger generation as they sent across a very strong message to their seniors; the message of leaving behind a legacy of a healthier life for generations to come.
