“Before becoming a Muslim, a Sikh, a Hindu or a Christian let’s become a human first.”

Such were the words of Guru Nanak Devji, the saint who taught the lesson of humanity and selfless love to the world. A Special Assembly was conducted to mark the occasion of Guru Purab, the birthday of this simple but great soul.

After a very harmonious Shabad-recital, Kovid Pant recited a poem on Guru Nanak Devji. A short skit based on “Sachcha Sauda” from the life of Guruji gave the message of love, compassion and selfless service to the needy.
