Keeping in line with its effort to do different, DPS World, Zirakpur, conducted an Assembly on “Vidyalaya se Zindagi”. The Assembly began with a recitation of ‘shlokas’ followed by the prayer. Thereafter, students read the News headlines and the Thought of the Day which emphasized the importance of School Education in a child’s life. Ma’am Bhardwaj gave a talk in which she highlighted the role played by Schools in the lives of children. She shared her views on the intellectual, mental and physical growth of a young mind during school-life.
The Assembly ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
